The Appellate Tribunal for Electricity (APTEL) has been set up at New Delhi by the Government of India under the provisions of the Electricity Act, 2003. The Tribunal consists of a Chairperson and three other Members. The Act seeks to consolidate the laws relating to generation, transmission, distribution, trading and use of electricity and generally for taking measures conducive to development of electricity industry, promoting competition therein, protecting interest of consumers and supply of electricity to all areas, rationalization of electricity tariff ensuring transparent policies regarding subsidies, promotion of efficient and environmentally benign policies.
Applications are invited for filling up the following posts:-
Deputy Registrar
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Scale of Pay: Pay Band-3 Rs.15600-39100/- + Grade Pay of Rs.7600/-.
Personal Assistant
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Scale of Pay: Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay of Rs.4200/-.
Librarian
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Scale of Pay: Pay Band-2 Rs.9300-34800/- + Grade Pay of Rs.4200/-.
Stenographer Grade-D
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Scale of Pay: Pay Band-2 Rs.5200-20200/- + Grade Pay of Rs.2400/-.
Age Limit: The maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall not be exceeding 56 years of age as on the closing date of receipt of applications.
