Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS), an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Department of School Education & Literacy, Government of India. The Navodaya Vidyalaya System is a unique experiment unparalleled in the annals of school education in India and elsewhere. Its significance lies in the selection of talented rural children as the target group and the attempt to provide them with quality education comparable to the best in a residential school system. Such education would enable students from rural areas to compete with their urban counterparts on an equal footing.

Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti (NVS) invites ON-LINE applications for the following posts :

Post Graduate Teachers
Subjects : English, Hindi, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Economics, Biology, History, Geography, Commerce
Qualification :

Two Year Integrated Post Graduate M.Sc. Course from Regional College of Education of NCERT in the concerned subject with at least 50% marks in aggregate. OR Master’s Degree from a recognized university with at least 50% marks in aggregateB.Ed. or equivalent qualification from a recognized University.Proficiency in Teaching in Hindi and English languages.

Desirable Qualification :

Experience of working as TGT in a recognized institution in the concerned subject.Experience of working in a residential school.Knowledge of Computer application.

Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800 plus Grade Pay Rs. 4800
Upper Age Limit : 40 YEARS (As on 30.11.2011)
