Indian Council of Agricultural Research (ICAR), New Delhi, India  is an autonomous organisation under the Department of Agricultural Research and Education, Ministry of Agriculture, Government of India. The Council is the apex body for coordinating, guiding and managing research and education in agriculture including horticulture, fisheries and animal sciences in the entire country. With over 90 ICAR institutes and 45 agricultural universities spread across the country this is one of the largest national agricultural systems in the world.

ICAR (PDFMD) invites applications for the following posts:
Research Associate
Number of Positions: 07 (Seven)
Pay Scale: Rs.23000/-
Educational Qualification: M.V.Sc (Bact .Virol./ Microbiology/ Path./ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology) or M.Sc (Biotechnology /Biochemistry/Microbiology)
Desirable: 1. Application of Serological assays for diagnosis. 2. Basic Molecular Biological Techniques. 3. Experience in handling of Cell Culture.
Age Limit: 18 to 35 year for men & 18 to 40 years for women Years.
