Bharathidasan University (BDU)

Bharathidasan University (BDU) is a university in the city of Tiruchirapalli, Tamil Nadu state, India. It has affiliated colleges in districts of the state, including Nagapattinam, Perambalur, Pudukkottai, Thanjavur, Tiruvarur and Tiruchirapalli. It is a recognised university, supported by the University Grants Commission of India. All major faculties of science and arts are represented.

Applications are invited for the positions of Project Fellow on temporary basis under the UGC Major Research Project entitled “Lapatinib inhibits the maturation of cumulus – oocyte complex via EGFR signaling in mice ovary”

No. of Vacancies : 01 Post
Fellowship : Rs. 14,000/-p.m for first Two years and Rs.16, 000/-pm from the Third year onwards
Qualifications : 1st class M.Sc in Zoology / Animal Biotechnology/ Biotechnology / Biochemistry /Life Sciences / from recognized University.
Desirable : NET/ GATE /or previous research experience in Reproductive Biology/ Animal Cell Culture work is desirable.
