State Farms Corporation of India Limited (SFCI)

State Farms Corporation of India Limited (SFCI) established  in 1969  first width setting up as mechanized farm  in the Thar Desert of Rajasthan with the machinery gifted by erstwhile USSR on the eve of the visit of Marshal Bulganin. In the year 1982, it was considered expedient by Government of India to utilize the SFCI farms for production of BREEDER seed which is a very scientific and technical job being hitherto handled by Agriculture Universities. Of late, SFCI has also got a mandate from Indian Council of Agriculture Research (ICAR) to produce the seed of newly identified but pre-released varieties as TEST STOCK seed for front line demonstrations.

State Farms Corporation of India Limited under the Administrative control of Ministry of Agriculture, Department of Agriculture & Cooperation is an apex body engaged in the production of quality seeds and distribution, invites applications from Indian Nationals for filling up the following posts on direct recruitment basis :-

Management Trainee (Human Resource Management)
No. of Vacancies : 03 Posts (UR,OBC,SC)
Stipend : @ Rs. 27,437/- per month; Pay Scale after completion of training : Rs 16,400-40,500/-
Qualifications : Two years full time P.G Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour Welfare/HR Management or 02 years full time MBA (HRM) from recognized University /Institution with minimum 60 % marks.
Age limit : 30 years (UR), 33 years (OBC), 35 years (SC)

Management Trainee (Engg)
No. of vacancies : 02 Posts (OBC,ST)
Stipend : @ Rs. 27,437/- per month; Pay Scale after completion of training : Rs 16,400-40,500/-
Qualifications : B.E/B.Tech (Agri Engg) from recognized University / Institutions with minimum 60 % marks.
Age limit : 33 years (OBC), 35 years (ST)

Management Trainee (Civil Engg)
No. of Vacancies : 03 Posts (UR,OBC,SC)
Stipend : @ Rs. 27,437/- per month; Pay Scale after completion of training : Rs 16,400-40,500/-
Qualifications : B.E/B.Tech (Civil Engg) from recognized University / Institutions with minimum 60 % marks.
Age limit : 30 years (UR), 33 years (OBC), 35 years (SC)

Management Trainee (Finance)
No. of vacancies : 02 Posts (OBC,ST)
Stipend : @ Rs. 27,437/- per month; Pay Scale after completion of training : Rs 16,400-40,500/-
Qualifications :  Pass in CA/ICWA OR 2 years full time MBA with specialization in Finance from recognized University / Institutions with minimum 60 % marks.
Age limit : 33 years (OBC), 35 years (ST)
