Applications are invited for Indian nationals for the position of “JRF” in a DBT sponsored project entitled “Interplay between patterning regulators and polar auxin transport to control lateral organ polarity in Arabidopsis”. The lab exploits state of the art techniques in molecular biology, genetics, cell biology and computational modeling.

Fellowship : Rs 12,000/p.m. + 20 % HRA for 1st and 2ndyear and @ Rs. 14,000/-pm +20% HRA for 3rdyear (as per DST guidelines),
Qualifications : For JRF- Master’s degree in any area of Biological Sciences with minimum of 55% marks. Qualified NET-JRF/LS or GATE (valid qualified score) candidates are preferred.
Experience: Familiarity with techniques in molecular biology, genetics and microspcopy is preferred. Some experience with working on plants is a plus.
Age limit: 28 yrs for JRF. A relaxation of 3-5 yrs will be applicable to SC/ST/OBC.
