Job Designation: Librarian
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Pay Scale: Rs. 15600-39100/- in PB-3 Grade pay of Rs. 8000/-
Educational Qualification: A Master’s Degree in Library Science/Information Science/documentation with at least 55% marks or its equivalent grade of B in the UGC seven points scale and consistently good academic record. With at least 10 years as a Deputy Librarian in a University/Centrally funded Institutes or 17 Years experience as a college Librarian.
Desirable: • M.Phil/Ph.d Degree in Library Science/ Information Science/documentation.

Job Designation: Secretary to the Director
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300- 34800/- in PB-2 Grade pay of Rs. 4200/-
Educational Qualification: A Graduate with minimum of 55% marks from a Recognized University/ Institution with proficiency in English and should be able to manage Secretarial duties independently.
Desirable: • At least 5 years experience as Secretarial Assistant • Shorthand speed of 120 wpm and typing speed of 40 wpm • Working knowledge in computers

Job Designation: System Assistant
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300- 34800/- in PB-2 Grade pay of Rs. 4200/-
Educational Qualification: MCA, M.Sc (Computer Science), B.Sc (Computer Science), 3 years Diploma in Computer Science Engineering or equivalent from a Recognized University/ Institution
Desirable: • CISCO/RedHat/Microsoft Certification or equivalent • Minimum 1 year experience in managing/maintaining computer networks, computer systems and accessories.

Job Designation: Hindi Translator
Number of Positions: 01 (One)
Pay Scale: Rs. 9300- 34800/- in PB-2 Grade pay of Rs. 4200/-
Educational Qualification: A Graduate with minimum of 55% marks from a Recognized University/ Institution in Hindi/English with Hindi subjects / English Subjects compulsory.
Desirable: • Recognized Diploma or Certificate course in translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa. • Minimum of Two years experience in translation from English to Hindi and vice-versa in Central/State Government offices/PSU etc. • Knowledge of operating Hindi application software packages on computer.
