LTD., State Transmission utility of Maharashtra and one of the largest transmission utilities in the State operating about 38068 CKT KM transmission lines, 536 EHV Sub-Stations and having transformation capacity of 82619 MVA invites applications from dynamic, talented and professional persons for the following posts:
* Chief Security Officer : 01 post, Pay Scale: Rs. 36720-71040
* Superintending Engineer (Trans) : 05 posts, Pay Scale: Rs. 28700-63540
* Superintending Engineer (Civil) : 02 posts, Pay Scale: Rs. 28700-63540
* Head System (IT) : 01 post, Pay Scale: Rs. 28700-63540
* Revenue Officer : 01 post, Pay Scale: Rs. 50.000
Application Fee: Go to the nearest branch of State Bank of India with the Fee Payment Challan duly filled in and pay in cash the appropriate Application fee in Account No. 31698939603 with any branch of SBI in favour of “Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Company Ltd., Mumbai”. Copy of Fee payment Challan is given at end of this document. The amount of fees to be paid is indicated below:
a) For Open Category : Rs. 600/-
b) BC candidate for whom the post is reserved : Rs. 300/-
c) Examination Fee not applicable to the particular category of PH person for whom the post is reserved. (i.e. for OL & PD category only)
How to Apply : Candidates are required to apply Online through website www.mahatransco.in from 01/12/2011 to 21/12/2011.
Original counterfoil (MSETCL’s copy) of the fee payment challan and print out of on-line application alongwith the attested copies of certificates in support of Age, Qualification, Experience, Caste, Caste Validity, Non Creamy Layer, Domicile and Medical Certificate, etc. whichever is applicable should be sent to

by an ordinary post so as to reach on or before 31/12/2011.
