Educational Qualification:
1. Degree in Civil Engineering from a reputed Institute of Technology or a recognized university.

Desirable Qualification:
Post Graduate Degree in Civil Engineering in the field relating to Highway Engineering and/or Post Graduate Degree in Management/MBA from an Institute of repute.

Age Limit: 56 years
