Sales
• Contact new and existing dentists to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by our product and services.
• Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, or discuss offers.
• Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
• Organize product demonstration, hands on and promote CDE programs
• Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in trade shows and conferences.
• Indentify potential distributors with the aim of boosting business
• Aligning Sales with Marketing Strategies and focusing on right product mix.
• Maintain POB and other sales data
Operations
• Collaborate with TPS and distributors and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ensure smooth operation and service between labs, business partner and client
• Maintain customer records (dentists) and trend line.
• Coordinate for CDE programs in the territory
• Ensure receivables are collected within the stipulated time frame.
Graduates or MBA with 2-5 yrs of experience in Pharma/Medical industry
• Good selling and presentation skills
• Strong interpersonal skills being able to work in a team
