Excellent hands-on skills with Ruby on Rails -1.2 years experience
Knowledge and experience in relational databases preferably MySQL
Good experience with Javascript/Ajax/Jquery coding skills
Good understanding of web standards, CSS-based design, cross-browser compatibility
Good understanding of web technologies (HTTP, Apache) and familiarity with Unix/Linux
Have great problem-solving skills and an independent work ethic
Should be able to work from scratch on own based on the market requirement
Able to handle a team and take the responsibility for the deliverables and releases
Ability to work under deadlines ensuring good quality

Good verbal and written communication skills and excellent attention to details
Self starter and ability to work independently or as a team on multiple tasks/projects concurrently
Experience of working through an entire project cycle - requirements, design, implementation, review, testing and documentation
Minimum 2+ year
