Indore Special Economic Zones was notified prior to the enactment of the SEZ Act’ 2005 and became operational W.E.F. 15.08.2003. This SEZ is the only Green Field multi product SEZ of India as on date and is spread over an area of more than 1100 hectares of land in Phase I & II . Industries of various sectors such as Plastic, Engineering, Pharmaceutical, Metal, Textile & Food processing etc. are located in the Zone.
Applications are invited from interested eligible candidates/officials for filling up the various posts on deputation basis in the office of the Development Commissioner, Indore SEZ. The description of the posts and eligibility conditions are as follows:
Appraiser (Customs)
Number of Vacancies : 01 Post
Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800/- + Grade Pay Rs. 4800/-
Qualification : Officers of the Central Board of Excise and Customs : holding analogous posts on regular basis; Possessing two years’ experience in Excise or Customs procedural work.
Preventive Officer
Number of Vacancies : 02 Post
Pay Scale : Rs. 9300-34800/- (PB-II) + Grade Pay Rs. 4600/-
Qualification : Officers of the Central Board of Excise and Customs. holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or cadre department; Possessing two years’ experience in Excise or Customs procedural work
