Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC)

The Khadi and Village Industries Commission (KVIC) is a statutory body established by an Act of Parliament (No. 61 of 1956, as amended by act no. 12 of 1987 and Act No.10 of 2006. In April 1957, it took over the work of former All India Khadi and Village Industries Board.

Khadi And Village Industries Commission invites applications for the following posts:

Assistant Director (General Administration)
Number of Vacancies: 03 (Three) Post
Qualification: Masters Degree in any discipline or Bachelors Degree in Law from a recognised University. And Three years experience in supervisory or managerial position in the pay scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- in any department of the Central Government or a State Government or in any recognized Organisation or a Statutory Body. OR Bachelors Degree from a recognized University And Diploma in Co-operation or Education or Journalism from a recognized University or Institution. And Five years experience in supervisory or managerial position in the pay scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/-
in any department of the Central Government or a State Government or in any recognized Organisation or a Statutory Body.
Desirable: Masters Degree in Business Administration or Personnel Management or Administrative Management or Marketing Management or Computer Science from a recognized University or registered as Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.
Age Limit: 35 years

Assistant Director (Khadi)
Number of Vacancies: 01 (One) Post
Qualification: Masters Degree in any discipline or Bachelors Degree in Textile Technology or Textile Chemistry or Textile Manufacturing from a recognised University. And Three years experience in supervisory or managerial position in the pay scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- in any department of the Central Government or a State Government or in any recognized Organisation or a Statutory Body.
Desirable: Masters Degree in Business Administration or Personnel Management or Administrative Management or Marketing Management or Computer Science from a recognized University or registered as Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant.
Age Limit: 35 years

Assistant Director (Village Industries)
Number of Vacancies: 03 (Three) Post
Qualification: Masters Degree in Chemistry or Botany or Bachelors Degree in Paper Technology or Silicate Technology or Food Technology or Sugar Technology or Oil Technology or Fuel Technology or Leather Technology or Ceramic Technology or Chemical Technology or Agriculture or Ayurvedic Medicines or Mechanical Engineering or Civil Engineering or Electronics from a recognised University. And Three years experience in supervisory or managerial position in the pay scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- in any department of the Central Government or a State Government or in any recognized Organisation or a Statutory Body.

Accounts Officer
Number of Vacancies: 05 (Five) Post
Educational Qualification: Masters Degree in Commerce from a recognised University. And Two years experience in preparation and maintenance of accounts in  Supervisory or managerial position in the pay scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- in any department of the Central Government or a State Government or in any recognized Organisation or a Statutory Body. OR Bachelors Degree in Commerce from recognized University. And Five years experience in preparation and maintenance of accounts in supervisory or managerial position in the pay scale of Rs.9,300-34,800 with Grade Pay of Rs.4,200/- in any department of the Central Government or a State Government or in any recognized Organisation or a Statutory Body.
Desirable: Registered as a Chartered Accountant or a Cost Accountant.
Age Limit: 35 years
