Roles & Responsibilties
Interact with customers/ partners to understand requirements and communicate feedback/solutions.
Advise/train skills on project requests to meet client objective. Ensure resolution of client queries/complaints within specified time frame as per agreed SLAs.
Effectively manage team’s discipline, motivation, and morale.
Work closely with team members and develop their skill sets to expand the team capabilities and provide growth opportunities.
Provide timely reports on a daily/ weekly/monthly basis for management review and decision making.
Candidate Profile
Should have worked with photoshop for 4 + years.
Should have been a TL for 2 years .
Clear understanding of Design and photo editing techniques.
Should have an understanding of all sub services like Real Estate, portrait, clipping, restoration etc .
Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
Prior experience with International customers.
