1. Scope of the role
" Responsible for maintaining periodical master data base of sales
& stock details for all FTS stores.
" Assist the merchandising executive on managing implementation
of Theory of Constraints across Fastrack stores.
2. Job Profile
" Collate, & maintain sales & stock details for all FTS stores.
" Track Fastrack stores sales achievement & circulate regular reports to the team with highlighted specific concerns after ratifying it with the reporting manager.
" Track new product deliveries and performance across stores.
" Weekly follow ups of store wise billing & stock deliveries.
" To track fast and slow movers periodically.
" To coordinate with all stores & compile reports periodically as required.
3. Key Deliverables
" Stock and sale related reports: weekly/monthly
" Effectiveness of Theory of Constraints at stores.
" Stock availability at exclusive stores.
4. The right person
" Graduate in any category with specialization in excel & handling
reports.
" Age - Between 20-25 years
" Candidate should have a total experience of 1-3 years.
" Should be proficient in MS excel
" Basic understanding of the Retail Industry.
" Preferably with a merchandising background.
