Qualification: BE/Btech,MCA, BCA+MCA or BSc+MCA (no diplomas, don't send
only BSC's BCA's..) or Skills Required:
* Sun or RHEL ,Unix,Linus OS knowledge
* Shell/Perl scripting
* Oracle/MySql database knowledge
* Good understanding of SS7 And GSM Components
* Telecom network knowledge
* VAS knowledge is added advantage.
Responsibilities:
* Provide second level support to customers using FAQs and assign
problems to senior team members if higher-level support is required.
* Answer queries using FAQs and investigation
* Monitor system where required (as in critical fault situations,
post- implementation, migration)
* Make configuration change or apply patch to meet customer
requirements or resolve complaints
* Ensuring the closure of cases within defined SLA
* Generate MIS Reports
* 24X7 support & working in Customer Location for Support of
various Product Lines if required
