Jawaharlal Nehru Krishi Vishwa Vidyalaya (JNKVV), a multi-campus University,was inaugurated by the then Union Minister for Information and Broadcasting Smt. Indira Gandhi on October 2, 1964. JNKVV represents a well knit and action oriented network of research and education centres in agriculture and allied fields in the State.
