Layout creation & verification, selection of pipes & designing pipe supports for Piping.

Design of IBR and Non-IBR pipe line, preparation of layouts, isometric drawings & IBR calculations, pipe schedule, providing welding details, arrangement of support & support tag number, creation of erection weld joint numbering, provide notes for welding, fabrication and erection.

Job Profile Includes

• Project selection to meet customer specifications
• Pipe thickness and IBR calculation
• Checking of isometric drawing
• Checking of detail drawing
• Designing of piping support.
• Bill of Material generation based on drawing
• Knowledge in ASME B 31.1 Codes and Standards
