Job Description:
Major areas of responsibilities were preparation of Annual Sales, Market Development, Supply and
Distribution Budget for the Region. Formulation and implementation of Dealers / Sub-Dealers.
Appointment strategy and their Motivation. Rural marketing, logistics, sales promotion and market
development schemes design, develop and execution of innovative promotional companies.
Good Exposure in successfully lead team of approx. twenty field personnel, Exploring their Energies
to Productive Pursuits, Maintaining their Enthusiasm and zeal.
Outstanding sales experience En selling Urea, DAP, SSP, MOP, Seeds & Pesticides in different
Agro-Climatic conditions.
Coordinated for single Super Phosphate Marketing as well as sales promotional functions

Candidate Should be any Graduate /M.B.A (Marketing ) with Having 8 - 10 Yrs of Experience in Any
Reputated Industry.
Candidate Prefer From Seed & Fertilizer Manufacturing Company.
